Vacuum Oven / Furnace (Round / Rectangular)

The common applications for ‘Hecons’ Vacuum ovens and furnaces include preheating, quenching, sterilizing, aging, annealing, baking, brazing and soldering, burn-off, curing, drying, firing and sintering, foundry and melting, heat treating, hot pressing, industrial, and laboratory.

Construction :

Stainless Steel working chamber capable of withstanding absolute vacuum of 760mm of Hg is fitted in outer M.S cabinet which has a neat powder coating finish. The space between the outer and inner chamber is filled with glasswool insulation. Door with thick toughened glass gives excellent visibility in to the chamber and the same is sealed with easily replaceable Silicone rubber gasket. Also provided with a Vacuum Gauge and BM Valve.

Heating :

Heating by low wattage density heaters with proper insulations are clamped to the inner chamber for 250 °C and by Silicon Carbide rods upto 1350°C..
For close control temp. accuracy and uniformity in the working chamber ‘Hecons’ provide Vacuum Ovens with advanced Oil heating method.

Electrode Drying Oven

Portable electric drying Ovens of 4 & 7 kgs capacity designed and fabricated for continuous and rugged usage
Electrode Baking Ovens designed for even and uniform heat upto 450°C of various capacities
Holding Ovens upto 300°C made of thick CRCA sheet and powerful air circulation fan for even distribution of heat.0
Flux Ovens upto 400°C provided with heavy guage MS trays and dynamically balanced blower fan. Capacity upto 1000 kgs and provided with Digital Temp. Controller.

Tray Drier

‘Hecons’ Tray Dryers are suitable for drying any type material like PVC Granule, Plastic ABS & Nylon Powder Drying, Chemical Powder Drying. Ageing Oven

"Hecons" make Ageing Oven having precise double walled chamber for cable & PVC wire testing. Better mineral / glasswool insulation keeps the surface of the equipment normal and avoids loss of heat. Silent Pump / Blower for distribution of heat in cylindrical pipe. Unique lid having hook arrangement for Cable/PVC provided. Aluminium cylindrical pipe is fitted in the Oven wounded/wrapped with best quality strip heater to give better result and uniform heat throughout the chamber. Rotameter is fitted on the front of the Panel with valve having Control knob. Temperature control by Digital Temp. Controller.
